I work with Tennessee higher education professionals, public employees, and families who are preparing for retirement and want a clearer understanding of what their savings may actually mean for their future income.

My focus is helping individuals better understand their retirement income options through an educational, pressure-free approach. Instead of focusing on products or sales recommendations, the goal is to bring clarity to how retirement benefits and savings may translate into long-term income decisions.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU), followed by an MBA from Trevecca Nazarene University. I later returned to MTSU to complete upper-division accounting coursework required to sit for the CPA exam.

Before founding A.P. Retirement, I worked as a State of Tennessee employee, which gave me firsthand familiarity with the retirement systems and benefits many public employees and educators rely on today.

At the center of my work is a simple belief: retirement planning should feel clear, understandable, and grounded in education—so you can move forward with greater confidence in the decisions you make.
